Portland The Gallery is located on Hill Rise in the heart of Richmond,Surrey. The gallery is only a short walk to the popular view of Richmond Hill, the river Thames and Richmond Park. The gallery holds exhibitions every six to eight weeks showing affordable contemporary art. In response to customer feedback, we have started concentrating on paintings of the surrounding area. We also stock a small selection of jewellery as well as other gifts and greeting cards supplied by TOFFEE.
